Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Once an order has been placed and payment is submitted, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned under any circumstances. This policy is in place to maintain product integrity, quality control, and safety standards.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, ordering errors, or dissatisfaction.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

VANTYX Research is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. We strongly recommend selecting shipping protection at checkout for added security.
